There can be times where you have so many things going on
that you are unable to hold onto them all at once. It’s at times like these
that I wish I could just ‘switch off’.
The funny thing is it is surprisingly easy to do so.
I’ve been practicing Mindfulness meditation for two years
now and use when the above kind of scenario arises.
I sit in a chair and take time to just stand back,
allowing myself to become transparent and to observe all of these thoughts,
stresses and worries as they flow through me.
